Edit: so i went to the microsoft update catalog and searched vid_03f0 and downloaded the hp inc. - enterprise wsd multi-function printer, other hardware - hp printer (bidi) driver. i tried to update driver software to that but device manager determined that the best driver was installed.. Thank you. the drive guard link worked. the link to that other thread was very helpful. the link there to the hp driver protect was down. so intead i went back to home page/drivers and typed in my model.. Hp does not provide windows 10 driver packs for models earlier than their g1 lineup, and windows 10 drivers for earlier models are scarce. after a deployment you will be left with some devices with missing drivers..
